Not a roofing company. No crews, no equipment, nobody who will turn up at your door. If somebody does and says they are from Kingston Lake Roofing, they are not.

Two jobs

Publishing. The pages here answer what local roofing companies get asked constantly: what a reroof costs on this coast and why it is higher than inland, what salt actually attacks, how to look a contractor up on the South Carolina register, and what owners of rentals and second homes should do differently.

Connecting. Call the number or send the form, and the details go to one independent local roofing company covering your town. One, not a list of five who will all ring you.

Who pays

The roofing company. They pay to receive requests from this site. You are not charged anything and nothing is added to your quote for having arrived this way.

Knowing that tells you our incentive. We do well when the homeowner and the roofer are both content enough that the roofer keeps taking our calls. That is a real alignment, though it is not a guarantee, and the terms say so plainly.

What we avoid

We do not review or rank local roofers. We take no percentage of your job. We do not sell your details on, and we do not distribute them to a panel of contractors, which is what a large part of the quote comparison industry actually does.

The name

Kingston Lake runs by Conway, which was called Kingston before it was called Conway. It is a local landmark and nothing more.

If something here is wrong
