What this is

An information and referral site for roofing on the Grand Strand. Marketing Doctor LLC does no roofing work, employs no roofers, inspects no roofs and quotes no jobs.

Requests are passed to an independent roofing company. That company is a separate business and any agreement about work is between you and them. We are not a party to it.

What we cannot promise

We do not supervise or control the companies we refer to, and we do not guarantee their work, pricing, timekeeping or conduct. We choose carefully and stop referring to companies that let people down, but a referral is not a warranty.

Everything published here about costs, materials, licensing, building requirements or insurance is general information gathered in good faith. It is not engineering, legal or insurance advice. It cannot account for your roof, your policy or your contract, and prices are ranges rather than offers.

Where a page describes a licensing requirement or a grant programme, it states when it was checked. Verify before relying on it. Programmes and rules change.

Using it properly

Do not submit requests you do not mean or somebody else’s details without permission. Do not scrape the site or interfere with it. Use the form only for property you own or are responsible for, or with the owner’s permission.
